Accede® PGR Liquid Concentrate is the first of its kind chemical thinner at bloom for peaches and nectarines, and Accede expands the apple thinning window for king fruit sized up to 15-20 mm. Accede allows for effective crop load management to ultimately reduce the amount of hand thinning needed to get the job done.
Peaches/Nectarines:
Accede® PGR is the first of its kind chemical thinner registered for use on peaches/nectarines. Trials have demonstrated that an application of Accede to peaches/nectarines during the period from bloom to petal fall will reduce fruit set and reduce, but not eliminate, the need for hand thinning. A second application of Accede can further reduce fruit set to provide additional reductions in hand thinning labor.
