California Grower Rebate Program

The California Grower Rebate Program is a direct-to-grower rebate on treated acres in California, based on the outlined qualifications in this document. The objective is to reward growers for purchasing key Valent U.S.A. LLC (“Valent”) solutions that help them improve the overall quality and yield of their crops. Qualification is based on specific growth or maintenance targets of key Valent brands as specified below.

Enrollment

  • Enrollment: To maximize the benefits of the program, the respective Valent Sales Representative will outline the qualification details via the California Grower Rebate Enrollment Form. The form will outline the products,  “baseline” and growth threshold(s) to qualify for the rebate. Each grower interested in qualifying for the rebate must complete and sign the Enrollment Form. Baselines will be established using grower-reported invoices and may be validated with Valent’s internal databases and Pesticide Use Reporting (PUR) data.
  • Enrollment period: October 1, 2024–April 30, 2025.
  • Grower to enroll with Valent representative.

Qualifications

  • Rebates are not valid without a signed California Grower Rebate Enrollment Form, which will be provided by the Valent Sales Representative.
  • California Grower Rebate Enrollment Form must be signed by both parties (grower and Valent) before purchase and treatment.
  • Qualification is based on treated acres and the comparable units purchased, based on the labeled application rates.
  • Eligible products must be purchased and product applications must occur between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025.

Offers

  • A grower has the opportunity to earn a reward on any of the qualifying products outlined within the program overview sheet.

Validation

  • PCA recommendation required showing application occurred between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025.
  • Invoice(s) showing purchases occurred between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025.
  • Only valid for applications in California that can be validated using PUR data.
  • At its sole discretion, Valent may also use internal data resources to further confirm intended qualifications  have been met.

Fulfillment and Payment

  • Provided the enrollment, qualification and validation requirements are met, grower will earn rebate or rebates as outlined in this document.
  • Checks paid to qualified growers in December 2025.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Reward calculations will be done at the sole discretion of Valent. Valent reserves the right to change, audit or terminate the program at any time.
